From a conversation to an agent you own.
Building an agent is a short, plain process, and you are in control of it the whole way. Here is exactly what happens, from the first call to the day the code is sitting in your own account.
Analysis
It starts with a conversation. We look at your business and the job you have in mind, and we work out whether an agent is actually the right tool for it. Sometimes it is not, and we will tell you so. When it is, we agree on exactly which one job the agent will do, and we keep that boundary tight, because a narrow job is one we can build quickly, that you can trust, and that costs very little to run.
The spec
Before any work begins, we write down what the agent will do, what data it will touch, what it will and will not be allowed to do on its own, and what it will cost to build and run. You read that and approve it. Nothing starts until you have. The price and the plan do not change on you later, because the whole job is written down before we write a line of code.
Data access
An agent is only useful if it can reach your information, so we agree on the access it needs and nothing more. That might mean reading from your database, your CRM, or another system you already use, and writing back to it where the job calls for that. You grant access to only the sources the agent needs, scoped to only what it needs to do, and you can withdraw it at any time. Your data stays in your systems throughout. We connect to it. We do not take a copy.
Build
Building a narrow agent usually takes about a week. Because the job is small and well described, there is not much to go wrong. We build it, we test it against your real data, and we document how it works as we go, so you are never dependent on us to understand your own agent. You get plain notes on what it does, what it touches, and how to change it.
Hosting and handover
The agent runs on infrastructure you control. That can be a cloud account, a server in your office, or a machine you rent, whatever suits you, and it uses your own AI provider accounts for the models it calls. We provision all of it for you, set it up properly, and then hand you the keys. From that point the hosting, the accounts, and the bills are yours. Nothing runs on our machines, and nothing depends on us staying in the picture.
Maintain and evolve
Businesses change, and an agent has to change with them. Management runs at a thousand dollars a month, and we ask for at least three months after launch, because that is when the real tuning and tweaking happens as your business settles in around the agent. We do it through remote access you grant and can revoke. After that you can keep us on, or take it in-house, because it is documented and it is yours. You are never locked in by us holding something you cannot reach.
You own it
The agent is yours. The code lives in your own repository, on GitHub or wherever you keep your software, under your account. You own it outright, the same way you own anything else you paid to have built. If our relationship ever ends, the agent keeps running on your machine, and you keep the code, the documentation, and full control. That is why we build it this way.
Once it is running, you decide how far to trust it. Every agent starts by showing you its work and waiting for your approval, and stays there for as long as you want. When you are ready, you let it run on its own. You are never moved past the point you are comfortable with.
