How we get access to your data
The agent only gets the access it needs to do its job, you grant it through your own systems, and you can take it back at any time.
An agent cannot do its job without reaching your information, so at some point you have to let it in. This is the part business owners worry about most, and rightly so. Here is exactly how it works, and why your data stays under your control the whole time.
It only gets the access it needs
Every agent does one narrow job, so it only needs to touch the data that job involves. A retention agent needs your customer list and your bookings. A file agent needs your files. Neither needs anything else, and we do not ask for anything else. We agree on the exact sources it will use before we start, and that list is part of the spec you approve.
Read, write, or both, only where the job calls for it
Some jobs only read your data, like an agent that reads conversations and flags the ones that need a reply. Others need to write as well, like an agent that saves a tidy profile back to a customer record. We set each one up with the least it needs. If a job only needs to read, that is all it is allowed to do.
You grant the access, through your own systems
Access is arranged through the normal controls your own systems already have. That usually means a login or a key created inside your own account, in your name, for the agent to use. Because it lives in your account, you can see it, and you can switch it off. We never ask for your passwords, and we do not need them.
Your data stays where it is
Because the agent runs on a machine you own, its connection to your data stays inside your own systems. It reads and writes your information where that information already lives. It does not copy your customer list or your files off to us to get the work done. Nothing is shipped out.
You can take it back at any time
The access you grant is yours to remove. If you ever want to pause the agent, change what it can see, or stop it entirely, you turn off the login or key it uses, and it is done. You do not have to ask us, and you do not have to wait for us.
When the work ends, the access ends
If a job is finished, or our relationship ends, the access goes with it. You remove the credentials the agent used, and it can no longer reach anything. The agent's code stays yours, on your machine, but its way into your data closes the moment you decide. You can read the full commitments in our privacy policy.
Book a consultation and we will map out exactly what an agent for your job would need to reach, and nothing more.
